Orders are shipped from our distribution centers located in Washington, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia and Virginia. Our shipping charges are simply what is dictated by the carrier. UPS discounts are built into orders over 200 lbs., and those discounts will be automatically passed on to our customers. Most orders are shipped the day they are ordered except for TWP.
• COD Charge is $9.00 per order.
• Handling Fee on all orders is $6.00 per shipping unit.
Lost or Short Shipments
If an incomplete shipment is received, we will gladly send a tracking # to locate the lost parcel.
Wood Care Systems is not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise after it is delivered to or picked up by the carrier. Before accepting any shipment from a carrier, inspect it for external/internal damage, and report any damage to the carrier’s agent within 24 hours. Follow the carrier’s instructions. Then, report any damage to Wood Care Systems. We will work with you on ways to resolve the problem. Do not return any merchandise to us without authorization.
Prior authorization must be received before returning any merchandise. All returned items must be in new and resalable condition. All returns are subject to a 20 restocking charge on returned merchandise after 30 days. Returns must be requested within 30 days and must be delivered within 60 days (returns will not be accepted after 60 days). When products are returned, please indicate whether you want credit on your account, your credit card, or returned in the form of a check. If the product was originally purchased with your credit card, according to the law, it must be returned to the credit card.

Can you tell me when my order went out?
Most of the time, if an email address is given, we send you the tracking #. We strive to get items shipped out the same day to minimize any delays. Orders are processed in the order that they are received.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Most orders will take less than a week for delivery. Of course there are exceptions depending on the size of the order.
Why are my shipping costs different every time I order? Especially when I am ordering the same products.
Depending on the amount of inventory available, products may need to come from any number of our warehouses in order to complete your order. Because time is usually the more important issue, we ship products from where they are currently in stock. If shipping costs are more important, please ask us to ship all products at the same time from the closest warehouse.
I haven't received all of the products that I ordered, could you tell me why?
Your order may be arriving from multiple warehouses. If an incomplete shipment is received, please wait a day or two as shipments have been known to be separated and delayed by the carrier. If necessary, we will gladly track the parcel or you can do so using the UPS tracking # we email you.
My order was damaged during shipping. What should I do?
We cannot be responsible for damaged or lost merchandise after it is delivered to or picked up by the carrier. Before accepting any shipment from a carrier, inspect it for external/internal damage, and report any damage to the carrier’s agent. Follow the carrier’s instructions.
I was sent products that I did not order. What should I do?
Please notify us immediately – 800/827-3480. We will pay for the return shipping of incorrect products.
